1、客户开发顾问(客户BD)：凭借自身相关资源渠道，为公司推荐有猎头招聘需求的企业，拓展猎头招聘业务；

2、人才寻访猎头顾问：利用自身人才渠道，为公司正在猎聘的职位推荐符合要求且有意向的人选，推荐匹配的优质人才；
