记住,CC不过是基本功而已,跨不过这道坎,终身做猎头都很痛苦所以最基本的要求便是:脸皮厚,心理素质好,性格外向,有强烈的道德洁癖不擅长骗人的,而且不善言辞不喜欢和人沟通交流的,千万不要看着钱来入这行,不然生不如死然后,第二条基本要求,就是强烈的moneydriven,也就是爱财这一行只适合野心勃勃的生存,当然不是表面上那种很有冲劲给人感觉很aggressive的人,
这类人往往色厉内荏,底气不够,大多数猎头顾问,都是表面亲切温和把你家瓦揭了你都猜不到是他干的那种人,但是内在的话,无一例外是爱财如命,为了钱可以做任何事情,加班加点也好,周末陪候选人客户吃饭拉感情也好,毕竟这行属于只要你投入就肯定有回报的行业,所以没有强烈的金钱驱动力的话,不容易存活下来,此外还有一定的内敛意识,不会把强烈的野心写在脸上,毕竟大家都想升顾问,尤其是这行女孩子特别多,勾心斗角的也特别厉害,所以做事激进,金钱驱动力足,为人又亲切低调是所有资深顾问的共同点。

最后,还有一道基本门槛,就是英文要流利,在这行里面,除了内资的公司,绝大部分公司里面会英文就跟会吃饭喝水一样,基本生存技能,如果没有达到一定的英文水准,最好不要来尝试这个行业,因为是明知无前途而做事,这不值得,当然如果你满足做个一年收入20W左右的小顾问,那当我没说了还有那种抱着进入行业里面多交流英文可以变好的人也不要轻易尝试了,外籍候选人没耐心跟你练英语,工作压力极大,加班严重,没时间学英文。
